Traciy Fogarty

Traciy is the clinical director of Kaleidoscope Therapies. Traciy has worked in both the States and England and has over 20 years of experience working in the private sector, the NHS and social care with a special focus on looked after and adopted children and their families. Traciy draws on a number of approaches to work within an attachment based, trauma informed framework. She has extensive experience of providing therapeutic support to adults, children and young people as well as consultation and training to families, professionals and organizations.

 

Traciy earned her Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker certification in 2000 and holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work and is registered with Social Work England.  As well as completing core therapeutic and counselling training, Traciy is trained in Theraplay, Ego State therapy, ACT and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.  She is an accredited EMDR therapist and holds specialist skills in the Attachment, Resilience and Competency model.

 

In her role for Kaleidoscope, Traciy offers therapy, a sense of humour and a random knowledge of obscure facts.

 

 

Dr Ursula Mazur

Dr Ursula Mazur is a Senior Clinical Psychologist 12 years of post-qualification experience.  She has worked within the NHS since 2002, and has specialized in the field of intellectual disability with over 14 years of dedicated work with adults and children with neurodevelopmental differences.

 

Dr Mazur has extensive experience of undertaking complex assessment in the context of parenting capacity as well as wider mental capacity queries. She has worked with the NHS and local authorities to provide expert reports for the Court of Protection and Family Court.

 

Dr Mazur works with individuals with cognitive difficulties, learning disability/intellectual disability, neurodevelopmental conditions (ASD, ADHD) and suspected cognitive impairments.  She has specialised in the area of neurodiversity and trauma and has experience of working with children, young people and adults who present with a range of complex needs stemming from a combination neurodevelopmental and attachment difficulties. Dr Mazur uses a range of psychometric and risk assessment tools as well as clinical interviewing and is skilled in working with individuals, families and networks to provide best outcomes.

 

In her role at Kaleidoscope, Dr Mazur provides assessments and consultations, as well as a keen interest in animals.

 

Dr Mazur is registered with Health and Care Professions Council.

 

Dr Elaine Creith

Dr Elaine Creith is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in the NHS as a clinician, trainer, and senior manager. She has extensive clinical experience in working with and children, young people and families who have been in the care system as well as adoption. She has worked closely with foster carer’s, social workers, schools and wider systems. She has additional training in DDP, DBT, EMDR, ADOS and ACT to support her clinical practice. Her approach is attachment based and trauma informed.

 

She has developed Clinical services in London and Sussex. She has designed and delivered training packages to foster carer’s, adoptive parents and social workers working in partnership with local authorities and has also acted as an assessor and expert/professional witness in legal proceedings.

 

Most recently in addition to general CAMHS work, she is a former Clinical Lead for Children and Young Peoples Services across Sussex, and also was the Professional Lead for Psychology and Psychological Therapies for Children and Young Services including specialist services and tier 4 inpatient, Perinatal services and Early Intervention Psychosis Services in Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust until 2019.

 

Dr Creith provides therapy, coaching, consultation, clinical supervision and training in her Kaleidoscope role.  She brings a wealth of experience working with children, families, professionals and systems as well as a sense of fun and stories about her dog.  She is a parent and a grand-parent. She is playful, approachable, and compassionate.

 

Dr Creith is registered with Health and Care Professions Council, is a member of the British Psychological Society and also the Association of Clinical Psychology
